Color, Hunt, Eat: 6 Fantastic Ways To Celebrate Easter

1. Head to an all-day celebration in South Bend.

The Egg-Stravaganza includes a scavenger hunt, petting zoo, crafts, competitions, cookie decorating and horse-drawn wagon rides on April 8.

2. Visit the rabbit.

Grab your camera and capture a sweet moment with the Easter Bunny at Tip Toes in Holland on April 8 and 15.

Photos with the Easter Bunny (bring your camera), a treat-filled egg and one hour of jump time are included in a special morning Toddler Time at Sky zone in Kalamazoo on April 9.

3. Dye eggs in all sorts of fabulous ways.

Several stations will be set up for coloring eggs in a variety exciting ways at the Forever Curious Children's Museum in Fennville on April 8.

Use whipped cream and food dye to marble eggs at the Fernwood Botanical Garden in Niles on April 8. Fruits and vegetables will be used to naturally color eggs on April 15. Food-derived dyes will beautifully color your eggs at the Kalamazoo Nature Center on April 16.

4. Go on a hunt. Join the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Harbert Community Park on April 8. Free for ages 1-12. Use a preprogrammed GPS receiver to hunt for eggs hidden on the trails of Sarett Nature Center in Benton Harbor on April 9. Collect stickers and redeem them for chocolate eggs.

Enjoy crafts, games, cookie decorating, snacks and an egg hunt at Golden Orchard in Fennville on April 15. For ages 1-12.

Holland Township hosts its 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Howard B Dunton Park for ages 1-12 on April 15. Candy, toys, face painting and the Easter Bunny will be on hand.

Enjoy a fun-filled day at the American Legion in New Buffalo for ages 1-12 on April 15.

6. Tuck into a tasty holiday brunch.

Savor a spectaular Easter Sunday Brunch at Burdick's in Kalamazoo, Fernwood Botanical Garden in Niles or CityVū Events in Holland.
